How do I reset my device?
1. Take the reset needle out of the box, and insert it into the reset needle hole which is located on the back of the device.
2. Use the reset needle to press the reset button for 5 seconds.
3. When the light begins to flash rapidly, release the reset button.
4. You will hear an audio prompt to begin pairing.
Can I use this as a baby monitoring camera?
You can use this to record your baby, there is also night-vision on the camera. Moreover you can also speak to your baby with the two-way communication.
Do I have to pay for cloud storage?
No, there is no additional storage costs for our internal camera as the device supports micro SD memory cards up to 128GB.
The slot to enter the memory card into the camera is located on the right of the device.
Can I use this as a wireless camera?
The internal camera has to be plugged in at all times to ensure a stable supply of power.
When does the footage begin to record?
One of the benefits of the smart internal camera is the ability to choose between non stop recording or event based recording (triggered by motion).
This can be easily adjusted in the storage settings of the camera on the hey app.
