Absolutely terrible - still waiting for delivery 3 months later - customer service number does not work - avoid this company at all costs 🫠

Design is good and the app is okay, the reason that the review is 3 stars not 4/5 is the power strip has no way of hooking to anything with screws or anything, so have to use doue sided tape if you want it anywhere other then on a surface/floor.
The other reason is that the devices can't connect to a mixed 5Ghz/2.4Ghz WiFi set up, and you'd have to go through and split the network out with different SSIDs. So I'm currently not using the individual plugs, and the power strip is just a dumb power strip at the moment, untill I decide I want to split my networks out or I really, really need remote control of things to have to go through the effort of setting my network up in such a way.

The 2.4ghz requirement should be more prominent on all products.

Easy to install great products. Will definitely buy more. Already have the lights
