> Return process – To arrange a return please contact a member of our customer care team and explain the reason for your return. Please provide a copy of your order number/confirmation within the package when posting it back to us and include all original packaging.
All items will be inspected for damage upon return and a refund will not be issued if the product has been tampered with or is missing components such as raw plugs with the doorbell.
Please note: when returning items as part of a smart kit your refund will be adjusted accordingly to account for the discounted product prices.
Returns must be issued within 30 days of receiving the initial order and please allow up to 5 working days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement.

In the unlikely case of an item arriving faulty please contact our customer care team right away and explain the issue. Please provide images of the fault if you are able to do so as this will help to speed up the fix time.
